The term "Graded" refers to a product that may have been returned to a manufacturer for a number of reasons:

1. Unwanted gift
2. Un-delivered mail order
3. Cosmetically marked
4. Missing parts
5. Minor faults
6. Damaged boxes

All our Graded products are then electrically checked, tested, repaired and completed by the manufacturer.

These products are then sold with a 12 month guarantee, they are fully working items that may have slight cosmetic marks.

Graded products are also kinder to the environment as they are recycled!
